Overview
KMH, or Kensington Media House, is a lifecycle and retention marketing agency specializing in email and SMS marketing for e-commerce brands. The company's mission is to build the best agency in the world. While it's not a super original goal, it's one they are pursuing adamantly, which is one of the main reasons they adopted TypingMind Teams so early.
Today, the agency has a team of 27 and is growing rapidly. KMH works with more than 40 clients, most of whom have partnered with the agency for over one to two years. From day one, one of KMH's core principles has been to build long-term relationships with long-term people above all else.
Today, the agency has a team of 27 and is growing rapidly. KMH works with more than 40 clients, most of whom have partnered with the agency for over one to two years. From day one, one of KMH's core principles has been to build long-term relationships with long-term people above all else.
In the insights below, Connor Gallagher — Founder of Kensington Media House — shares how TypingMind Teams has helped KMH scale faster, work smarter, and empower the team to do more.
The Challenge
As KMH grew, the team needed a way to maintain speed and creativity while producing campaigns for multiple e-commerce brands.
- Traditional copywriting could be time-consuming and mentally taxing , especially when testing many different campaign angles and audience segments.
- The team had experimented with ChatGPT in its early days but found the interface difficult to use and not well suited for an agency environment. It lacked the usability and flexibility needed for collaboration, brand-specific context, and efficient testing.
KMH began looking for a better solution — one that could make the creative process faster and more scalable while keeping quality high.
When creating email and SMS campaigns for our brands, we want to test as many things as possible. Regular copywriting is limited by your ability and speed. It can be mentally taxing to come up with alternative angles.
The Solution: TypingMind Teams
KMH discovered TypingMind Teams early on in their AI journey and quickly recognized its potential. The team initially found ChatGPT's interface difficult to use, but TypingMind offered a much more user-friendly experience.
I ended up moving to the original TypingMind because I found the user interface much more usable.

With TypingMind Teams, KMH could:
- Define AI agents for each use case or brand, tailoring tone, goals, and workflows.
- Build a shared prompt library, eliminating the need for individual repositories.
These features allowed the team to scale creativity, consistency, and efficiency — while maintaining control over intellectual property and brand quality.

How KMH Uses TypingMind Teams
TypingMind Teams has become an integral part of KMH's day-to-day operations.
KMH's main use cases for TypingMind Teams revolve around copywriting, problem-solving, strategy, and testing iterations.
The team leverages the platform to:
- Create first drafts for emails and SMS campaigns.
- Generate alternative versions of copy to test new creative directions.
- Iterate on copy and research much further than before.
- Accelerate campaign production by testing dozens of ideas rapidly.
It's all about speed of implementation… With TypingMind Teams, we can generate 50 angles and then decide which ones to test, allowing a normal person to work 4 to 5 times faster.

Also, for KMH, the goal when working with e-commerce brands is to provide personalized marketing:
When working with an e-commerce brand, the main thing we're trying to find is the angles that work best for particular audiences and segments - making our marketing as personalised as we possibly can. TypingMind allows us to iterate through more angles and audiences in less time, helping us get to the solution faster.

Results and Impact
Since adopting TypingMind Teams, KMH has seen measurable improvements across efficiency and performance:
- 3–4× increase in the number of iterations, campaigns, and campaign variations per account manager.
- Higher first-draft quality and more creative depth.
The number of iterations, campaigns, and campaign variations we can produce per account manager has increased by three to four times. The overall quality of copy and output from the first draft has also significantly improved.

- Better client service due to faster turnaround and richer ideas.
We now also provide a significantly better service than before, which is difficult to quantify. By leveraging AI and being able to think and move faster, we've been able to fulfill our clients' needs much more quickly.

- Improved team collaboration and innovation, as everyone is empowered to experiment and create new AI agents.
It's also fostered a great collaborative spirit within our team, and promoted a lot of innovation and forward thinking within the team because ultimately what we're giving them as toolbox - then with that toolbox, we're saying 'go and play'. Try something new, see what you can build - and that's been incredibly empowering for our team.

The team now operates with greater speed and confidence, giving KMH a competitive advantage in a fast-moving industry.

Most Valuable Features
KMH highlights several key features of TypingMind Teams that have had the biggest impact on their operations and workflow efficiency.
- The most valuable features for KMH are the prompt library and the ability to define their own AI agents. These can be shared across the entire team, allowing everyone to define their own agents and prompts.
They can iterate through these continuously, developing new models and prompts and refining the process over time.
We currently have over 70 active Agents in use daily, and even more prompts on top of that, with a history of continuous development.

- The user interface itself is exceptionally easy to use and secure.
Overall, the user interface itself is exceptionally easy to use, more so than any other interface we've experimented with. It's also very secure, which is crucial for protecting our intellectual property.

Why KMH Chose TypingMind Teams

Kensington Media House's internal AI workspace powered by TypingMind
KMH evaluated other solutions before choosing TypingMind Teams, including ChatGPT for Teams, but found them quite limited. TypingMind Teams allowed them to use various models — including Google Gemini, Claude, and GPT models — and to experiment with different models for different tasks.
We found other solutions to be quite platform-specific and very limited in terms of the models they allowed us to use. It was difficult to be locked into one platform, so TypingMind Teams was the best solution for our needs.

Suggestions and Future Opportunities
While TypingMind Teams meets KMH's current needs, the team sees opportunities for improvement — particularly around organization and data management within the platform.
My main suggestion for improvement would be better organization of the prompt library. It would be helpful to manage and organize prompts into folders. A similar organizational structure for AI agents would also be beneficial.
Connor Gallagher
—Founder of Kensington Media House
The KMH team works with a large number of prompts and AI agents daily, so having a way to organize them more effectively would help streamline their workflow, especially in the admin panel.
Even so, the team feels they've only scratched the surface of what's possible with TypingMind Teams — and they're excited for what comes next.
Recommendation
Yes, I would definitely recommend TypingMind Teams to others. I think it's the most usable solution, and I have already recommended it to several dozen people.

With TypingMind Teams, KMH has not only streamlined their operations but also fostered a culture of experimentation, speed, and creative empowerment.
Their journey showcases how agencies can embrace AI — not to replace human creativity, but to amplify it.
