Mention Me is a 90-person scale-up and our mission is to help brands to think advocacy first. When a brand puts their customers at the heart of what they do and treats them well, they benefit by getting their customers to come back for more and tell their friends. This is the best way to build a sustainable business. We help our clients to run referral programs to capitalize on and measure that advocacy and use the data that the referral programs generate to identify their best customers, and their micro-influencers and understand the associated value of those customers. This begins a flywheel effect that builds growth in the long run.

We often find that customers are treating their best spenders really well (in their top segment) but overlooking customers who bring more value by spreading the word and bringing their friends along too.

We're using TypingMind to wrap our internal use of LLMs and Gen AI. This allows us to control and measure the access to LLMs in a way in which our confidential data isn't stored directly by the LLM. We also use the AI Agents and other features of TypingMind to help our team make better use of Gen AI.
