As a digital agency based in Germany, we've been mastering digital progress for our customers, mainly large multinational enterprises, for over 25 years.
Our more than 120 employees are specialists in their field and develop fast, practical, and efficient solutions for a wide range of digital challenges with a great deal of empathy and business understanding. Our aim is to deliver solutions even in particularly ambitious situations and always strive for smooth experiences for our customers and their users.
All of our teams are almost like a customized agency - they are set up for the specific requirements of their customer and the customer's topics. This way, we can offer the optimal combination of technical expertise and customer service, individually for each customer. We initially hosted an open-source LLM UI, similar to Open WebUI, in our own environment before transitioning to TypingMind. Why did we make the switch? For one, because TypingMind is a SaaS solution, which means lower maintenance for us.
We chose TypingMind over other SaaS vendors for several reasons.
- First, the speed of development is impressive; new models are available in TypingMind, shortly after their launch, and TypingMind's continuous improvements is just impressive.
- Furthermore, TypingMind’s features such as assistants and plugins, make it a very versatile and future-proof platform for us.

Yes, we developed our own AI Adoption Score for this purpose, that includes adoption in teams (how many members of a given team use it) as well as how strong teams and individuals use TypingMind (based on tokens individuals send through).

Of course. As I mentioned earlier we hosted an open-source LLM UI in our own environment before transitioning to TypingMind. In addition, we explored alternatives such as Langdock and ChatGPT for Teams. Our considerations made TypingMind the preferred option for us, offering a feature-rich, agile, and cost-effective solution.

Suggestions For Improvement

Yes, there is always room for improvement. There are several features we would love to see added to TypingMind, such as:
- A Code Interpreter feature, similar to what ChatGPT offers. This would give us a significant boost in productivity.
- A Hosted Plugin Server would be beneficial since we chose TypingMind for its SaaS nature, and hosting additional code ourselves isn't practical.
- Enhanced web browsing and -scraping capabilities, rather than just a web search plugin, would greatly improve TypingMind for us. This feature would provide a more versatile approach to handling website data. Although, this is kinda already part of the knowledge base, its current access and functionality is limited.
- A Mac App that can be toggled with a hotkey, similar to ChatGPT's Mac App, would offer seamless integration and ease of use in day-to-day work.
