Out of everything you're using today, which features stand out as the most valuable for your team?

Tricky question! Honestly, they all bring value in their own way. But if I have to pick one, it would be custom plugins. The integration process is straightforward, and when you take the time to design them properly, they unlock possibilities that go far beyond what standard system instructions can do. That's where the real magic happens.

With that said, do you have any key metrics you can share regarding the effectiveness of applying TypingMind in Cortex AI?

A clear example: translations. We used to translate content into 5 languages using a mix of internal and external resources. Each translation was a project in itself - reviews, adjustments, back-and-forth feedback, enforcing content compliance. A single translation would typically take one to several weeks before final approval.

Now, we started translating into 21 languages with full control over output guidelines, compliance, context, and restrictions. A translation that used to take weeks is now finalized within a day or two at most.

Have you found TypingMind to fulfill what you need?

Absolutely. What used to require significant human-hours, both internally and from external resources, we can now accomplish in a fraction of the time, without compromising on quality.

That's a massive operational shift - both in scale and speed. Until now, have you run into any limitations? Is there something you want to do with TypingMind but cannot do yet?

Honestly, nothing at the moment. I've been in touch with the support team on several occasions, and every time we've managed to find a solution or a workaround. That responsiveness makes a real difference.
