Managing your chat instance can be done easily through the Admin Panel. There are various convenient ways to access this panel:

Directly log in via your instance URL

You can directly access the Admin Panel by using your unique instance URL. This URL is typically in the format: yourcompany.typingcloud.com/admin

Replace “your company” with the subdomain you created at signup.

Log into your Admin Panel via Instance Manager

Another method is through the Instance Manager. This tool can be accessed at https://www.typingmind.com/custom/manage.

Directly log in from the Chat Interface

If you're already on the chat interface, you can conveniently access the Admin Panel by clicking the 'Admin' button located at the bottom left of the interface. You will need to log in using your Admin email.

Please bear in mind that only users assigned with the Admin role will have access to the Admin Panel. This ensures that only authorized personnel can make changes to the chat instance, providing an extra layer of security and control.
